Let’s not overthink the subject. Self talk is really just how you think. 95% of our self talk is about ourselves and 80% of that is negative self talk. Starting to see how this can be dangerous to your success? This negative self talk breeds frustration, failure, and doubt.
Would you run your brand new computer on Windows 95? Why would you run your business on the old software of your negative self talk?
Do you feel or notice when you sabotage yourself. The key to bringing this negative self talk into awareness is to be aware of your thoughts and what you are saying to yourself.

Negative self talk originates from somewhere and the first thing that you may need to do is identify the mask that you are hiding behind.
Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. This is why it is so important to focus on personal development and focus on good. I challenge you to start some positive affirmations to rid yourself of negative self talk. As your subconscious believes in you, then you will as well. Work on that inner game!
